The human body is designed primarily to run on water and minerals so technically we are a water machine. Every part of our living movement and healing involves the use of water.
Our livers use water to metabolize fat into usable energy. It is a known fact that over 80% of the population will feel fatigue and loss of energy due to some form of minor dehydration. So to conclude if we increase our intake of fresh healthy water this will help our metabolism and shed stored fat resulting in an increase of energy.
The main aim of drinking water is for this to flush and carry toxins out of the body, although if the quality of the water we drink already contains chlorine and other chemicals it will be less efficient. This is why the quality of the water we drink is equally as important as the amount we drink. If the water that we drink already contains traces of chemicals we are forcing our liver and kidneys to be the filter. This will result in the damage of two of our vital organs.
This leaves water the way it was meant to be – PURE.
