So why should you drink green juice? Many people dislike the pulp and fibre in their juice but without this in fruit juices you are basically drinking sugar even though it is natural sugar none the less it will add to your weight. We recommend that you only juice fruits as a treat as they are far more beneficial to eat whole. Your freshly squeezed juice will deliver a powerful array of vitamins, minerals and enzymes straight into your bloodstream. We suggest that you do not combine vegetables with fruits in a juice, as they require different enzymes for digestion. The good news is there is one exception to the rule: green apples. Green apples act as a neutraliser in juice and are low in acids unlike other fruits. This is a great substitute for those who want to add sweetness to green vegetable juices.
Green juice is a great way to fit in your recommended daily allowance, as not everyone wants to sit down for dinner and eat celery, broccoli, kale, wheatgrass or cucumber.
The technical part – Within greens chlorophyll is produced this helps to oxygenate your body meaning the body can remove stored toxins. This also helps to elevate your haemoglobin. The molecular structure of haemoglobin is similar to your red blood cell, and an increase in your red blood cells means a boost in energy and improved circulation. Green juice is not the nicest of tasting juices and certainly not every ones favourite but I hope I have convinced you that it is well worth giving it a go. Once the ingredients are prepared then simply put the product thought the juicer and enjoy the smooth refreshing taste.
Once your fresh produce is cut then you are ready to juice, remember to alternate between your soft and hard fruits and vegetables ie. carrot, spinach, apple, cucumber, carrot, pear etc.
Pour into a tall glass and sit back and enjoy.
This is a perfect one for the kids as they are still eating greens but the lemon, pear and apple help soften the flavour.

Juice the kale, parsley, apples, and ginger remembering to alternative between the fibres leaf and your apple and ginger.
Add in the lemon juice and honey, add a small amount first then increase to personal preference. Serve immediately.
